MY ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to shop with Nerida?
No, but setting up an account allows you to order without entering your details every time, making your shopping experience seamless.
How do I create an account with Nerida?
Registering is easy:
Click on the ‘User’ icon in the header.
Click on the ‘Create an Account’ tab on the login screen.
Fill in your details and click ‘Create an Account.’
What if I forget my password?
Select the FORGOT PASSWORD option on the login page. Enter your email to receive a reset link. Check your junk mail if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. If you still face issues, use our CONTACT US page.
How can I update my shipping or billing address?
Sign in and click on ‘My Account’ to edit your particulars. For confirmed orders, contact customer service immediately to change the address before the order is processed.
How will I view my order history?
Sign in to ‘My Account’ to view your history. Click on any Order ID to see details. You will also receive an email/SMS confirmation for every order placed.
ORDER ISSUES
I have not received a confirmation email/SMS?
Check your junk mail and verify the contact details entered at checkout. If nothing is received after 4 hours, message us via the CONTACT US section with your full name.
I can’t checkout with some items in my basket This usually means a product has gone out of stock during your session. High demand for our exclusive serums and perfumes can cause this. Please remove the out-of-stock item to proceed.
How do I place an order?
Sign in or create an account.
Add your desired quantity to the cart.
Click ‘Proceed to Checkout.’
Enter shipping info and choose your payment mode. (Note: Orders worth Rs 40,000+ require advance payment).
Review and submit. We only deliver within Pakistan.
ORDER AMENDS & CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation before dispatch.
Can I change the items in my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not possible once the order has been submitted to our warehouse for processing.
DELIVERY INFO
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery usually take 2-4 business days for Karachi & Lahore and 4-7 business days for the rest of Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 1499.
Standard Shipping: PKR 129 for orders below PKR 1499.
How many delivery attempts will be made? Our courier makes three attempts. If you miss a delivery, they will typically try again the following day.
RETURNS & DEFECTS
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Returns are only accepted for items found damaged upon receipt or not as per specifications. Contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the product and invoice. Note: Products ordered online cannot be exchanged at any third-party retail locations.
How should I report a defect?
Send photos of the product and your airway bill via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours. Nerida will arrange a courier pickup for the defective item in its original packaging. Once received, a replacement will be issued.

Are Nerida products cruelty-free and vegan?
We do not conduct animal testing on any ingredients or finished products. Our products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients, making them vegan-friendly.
Are Nerida products Halal and Toxin-Free?
Yes, our products are 100% Halal and toxic-free. We prioritize safety and purity, ensuring all our skincare, serums, and fragrances comply with international safety standards.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
Stop using the product immediately and contact us. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page or packaging before use.
