Return / Refund Policy

1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We aim to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product bottle is leaked, the spray pump is non-functional, or the packaging is severely damaged upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If the product delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.

  • Timeframe: All requests for returns or replacements must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, we will be unable to entertain any claims.

  • Documentation: To process your request, proof of purchase (Order ID) and clear high-resolution product images or unboxing videos must be provided to our support team.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any skincare or perfume product that has been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a customer simply does not like the scent or has changed their mind after purchase.

  • Promotional Items: Products purchased during seasonal sales, flash promotions, or from the clearance section are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Tampered Packaging: Items where the original seal or security packaging has been broken or altered by the customer.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by the Nerida Quality Assurance team:

  • Inspection: We may request you to send the product back to our warehouse for physical inspection. The product must be in its original box.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Credit Card) within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7 to 10 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases of “change of mind” (where applicable by special approval), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

  • Store Credit: Customers may also opt for store credit in the form of a voucher code, which can be used for future purchases on the Nerida website.
